At Aura Baseball Club, our coaches play a vital role in developing players, building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and creating a positive sporting environment for all ages — from T-Ball right through to League baseball.
Coaching is one of the most rewarding ways to contribute to the club and community. Whether you are a parent, former player, or simply passionate about baseball, volunteering as a coach helps players grow both on and off the field.

Coaching Requirements
To ensure the safety and development of all players, all coaches at Aura Baseball Club MUST complete the following requirements before coaching.
Blue Card Requirement
All coaches are required to hold a current Queensland Blue Card.

Mandatory Coaching Accreditation
All coaches from T-Ball through to League are required to complete the following free coaching courses.
USA Baseball Coaching Certification (A + B)
All coaches must complete:
USA Baseball Certification A
USA Baseball Certification B
These online courses provide foundational coaching knowledge and baseball-specific development principles.
