TRAINING TIMES – AURA BASEBALL CLUB

A quick update for all our Angels!

Starting this week, we’ve made a slight adjustment to our training schedule, with our Tuesday sessions now running neatly on the hour.

These will be our new training times moving forward, so please take note of the updated schedule below.

TUESDAY – KAWANA INDOOR SPORTS

4:00pm–5:00pm | Little League Minors

5:00pm–6:00pm | Little League Majors

6:00pm–7:00pm | Junior League, Senior League, Big League & U20

7:00pm–8:00pm | Women’s League

8:00pm–9:00pm | Adults

THURSDAY – CALOUNDRA HIGH SCHOOL (enter from Bower St)

4:00pm–5:00pm | All Junior Leagues

5:00pm–6:00pm | Women’s League & Adults

Training is underway and it’s been fantastic seeing our players back out there preparing for the season!

New to Aura or thinking about giving baseball a go? You’re welcome to come along to a training and try it out before registering — just get in touch with us beforehand.

Please note: T-Ball and Social League do not have weekly training sessions.

Season 2026/2027

2026/2027 Season Registrations are now open.

Let's play Baseball at Aura Baseball Club!

Do not forget about the $200 Play On! Sports vouchers (5-17 years) available 27 July 2026.
Play On! Sport vouchers are redeemable AFTER registering. Please register and pay for your child, then email through your Play On! Sports voucher to registrar@aurabaseball.com.au afterwards. Once received and verified, the club with reimburse $200 to you directly.
TRANSFERS
If you previously played for another Region or Club, please complete our Aura Club player registration payment process and then notify us asap at registrar@aurabaseball.com.au to enable Aura Baseball Club to request clearance before proceeding to Gameday BA & BQ fee registration.

VOLUNTEER LEVY
Every member is charged a $50 volunteer levy. Every family is requested to volunteer at least 10hrs per season at the club and this levy is then credited to you next season. (Example: 4 family members pay $50 volunteer levy each. The family volunteers 10hrs for the season in total, then next year they have a $200 credit applied to next years fees). If you do not wish to volunteer, that is ok - this levy is paid to the club.

PAYMENT
Please click on the link below to register each player. You will then be directed to payment of your Club Fees. You can select a payment plan for your club fees.

PAYMENT PLAN:
25% due upon registration
25% due by 15th September 2026
25% due by 15th October 2026
Final 25% due by 15th November 2026

INSURANCE
Once your payment selection has been completed, you will then be directed to pay the BA and BQ insurance/capitation fees via GameDay. The insurance fees MUST be paid upon sign on through Gameday. No insurance = no play.

UNIFORMS
We have a new player bundle comprising of a hat, training top and custom jersey for $115. This bundle is required for you to play.
Jersey's will have your SURNAME on the back with a jersey number of your choice. Only registered legal surnames accepted (no nicknames) and you will need to select your top 3 jersey numbers. When selecting multiple jerseys for multiple players, please write the size and then the selected jersey numbers in order. Please use a comma and one space between your top 3 jersey numbers (eg. 1, 11, 22).

Grey pants, hoodies, belt and socks are also available to purchase. If you already have pants, socks and belts, they must be worn in club colours.
